Pumpkin Pie


  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 medium size banana (best if frozen)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon and/or pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp of Vermont’s pure maple syrup (or any syrup) or homemade apple butter
  • 1 Tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 1-2 tsp of stevia (optional, depending how sweet you want your smoothie…taste then add)
  • Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Plain Sunwarrior Protein Powder)

Directions: Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth! If your smoothie is to thick, add more almond milk or water. If you smoothie is liquidy, add ice cubes. The smoothie consistency depends per individual.
