A great change your protein in your salads, stirfries, and sandwiches! 1 package is 2 servings. 1 serving is 150 calories with 16 g of protein, 5 g of fat (only 1 gram of saturated fat), 0 mg of Cholesterol, 13 g of carbohydrate, and 3 g of dietary fiber.

Tis the season of everything pumpkin! Why not have a pumpkin cereal bar for a midday snack!

If you haven’t tried Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter, you better buy a jar ASAP before they sell out! I usually buy 2 jars every year so I can enjoy the amazing pumpkin butter all year around! Spread it on your toast, add a dollop to your yogurt or oatmeal, OR make a pumpkin butter & PB sandwich!
