- 2 medium apples
- Pre-heat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Core and cut your apple into thin slices (the thinner you make your slices, the less time it will take to dehydrate your apple chips).
- Place apples slices on a cooking sheet.
- Sprinkle apples slices with cinnamon.
- Bake your apple slices for 2 hours (after one hour, turn the slices over).
