Oh my goodness…another Pennsylvania girl living in St Louis?? I thought I was the only one! I randomly came across your blog while looking for real food to eat during marathon training (I’m doing the GO! in April, my first full). I’m going to try out your trail mix caffeine bites during an 18-miler in Forest park this weekend, I’m sure they’ll be great!
