50 Shades of Green Salad with Greek Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

Yields: Approx. 3 servings (2 Tablespoons per serving)

  • 1/4 cup of avocado mashed (about 1/2 small avocado)
  • 2 Tablespoons of plain 0% greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup of white wine vinegar (add more if want dressing to be more of a liquid consistency)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dill weed, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cracked black pepper

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or blend all ingredients in a blender.
