Yields: 4 servings (2.5 ounces per serving)
- 10 ounces edamame (raw or frozen defrosted)
- 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread out on a baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes until edamame are crispy. Stir every 10 minutes.
